The Library (Learning and Resource Centre) plays a vital role in providing & nurturing knowledge and aiding in learning activities. The Primary purpose of the library is to support teaching, research, academic programmes.

Shiv Karan College Library has really been a centre of attraction for the visitors. Quite a rich a well stocked Library contained 5000 Volumes on all subjects (Science, humanities, Education). Journals of national standards are also subscribed.
